Alignerr is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (AI Training) to lead a team of analysts and content specialists in producing high-quality AI training materials. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to shape AI reasoning across finance, policy, and e-commerce domains.

You will mentor, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining rigorous quality standards and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading analysts or cross-functional teams.
• 3–6 years hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Analysts and Content Specialists delivering AI training materials.
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and refine team processes for efficiency.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development support.
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear updates.
• Guide creation of business case studies and analytical scenarios across domains.
