Who You Are

• Experienced business professional with 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or a domain-focused role
• Proven team leader with 2+ years managing or mentoring analysts or specialists
• Sharp analytical thinker who can evaluate the quality and logical soundness of business content
• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to give precise, constructive feedback
• Creative problem-solver who can think laterally across complex business scenarios
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business or quantitative discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or content evaluation workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
