Alignerr is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will drive how AI understands, reasons about, and explains core business concepts—from strategy to finance.

This is a remote, flexible contract role with 10–40 hours per week, paid on an hourly basis, and you can work on your own schedule. You'll design and review business questions and case studies for AI training, evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with structured content.
• No prior AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, scenarios, and case studies used in AI training.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule.
