Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on core business concepts and real-world decision-making.

This remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and compensation of $35-70 per hour. You will design and review business questions, evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance, and provide structured feedback to improve explanations and examples.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Ability to explain and evaluate business reasoning in writing.
• Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used in AI training.
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance of AI-generated business content.
• Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
