Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role lets you design and review business scenarios and evaluate AI-generated content to improve accuracy and relevance.

You will provide structured feedback, drawing on 3+ years of teaching business at the college level, with strong knowledge across management, strategy, operations, and finance. Remote work offers flexibility and ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured, high-quality feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and identify edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
