Job summary

MonetizeMore is hiring a remote Business Operations / Project Manager with a strong AdTech background. You will transform informal workflows into structured, scalable systems and own the central project management infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Product and executive leadership to prepare cross-functional teams for launches and streamline enterprise client workflows. The role emphasizes data and AI-driven documentation, structured spreadsheet models, and ongoing reporting improvements

Qualifications

4+ years in a process, project management, or business operations role.
Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume, or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus.
Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

Run continuous process Kaizen and SOP governance with ownership and cadence.
Own and maintain internal project management tracker for visibility.
Support product rollout processes and formalize repeatable operational models.
Act as operational connector across departments and enterprise client workflows.
Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build scalable models and dashboards.
