Job summary

Carewell is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to transform data into actions across ecommerce, Care Services, and marketing. You will build reports and dashboards, identify root drivers, and enable stakeholders to self-monitor performance.

You'll collaborate across financials, marketing, merchandising, and customer cohorts, leveraging SQL, Hex, Looker, and AI tools to deliver proactive insights and guide strategic levers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytics, BI, reporting or related role.
• Experience across marketing, product, finance, or operations is valued.
• Strong SQL skills with multi-table joins and aggregations.
• Comfort reading an existing schema and recommending changes to support new analysis.
• Familiarity with Hex, Looker, Omni, or equivalent BI tools.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in workflow.
• E-commerce or service-business experience preferred due to Carewell context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• A track record of delivering actionable reports that influence decisions.
• Willingness to go deep on analytical craft over several years.

Responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards and reports enabling self-monitoring.
• Identify drivers behind metric movements beyond historical data.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
• Define KPIs and build ongoing reporting for teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with light analysis on revenue and margins.
• Retire outdated reports to reduce signal-noise.
