We. is seeking a Manager, Business Development to partner with our BD team, sourcing leads, researching opportunities, and qualifying inbound prospects across Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

The role will manage RFPs and pitches, guiding teams to deliver compelling presentations, with a focus on client satisfaction and strategic growth. Candidates based in Seattle, Portland, SF, NY, or fully remote within the U.S. are welcome.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years communications industry experience required.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Source leads and qualify incoming opportunities in partnership with the BD team.
• Lead prioritized RFPs/pitches and manage pursuit lifecycle across sectors and markets.
• Provide strategic sales counsel and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
