This full-time position requires travel within the Treasure Valley and active collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years of business development experience within behavioral health.
• CRM experience and ability to manage referrals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet financial and growth goals.
• Manage referrals and expand sources to drive revenue across your region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client outcomes and service quality.
• Track performance using CRM and BI tools to support decisions.
• Represent Northpoint professionally at events and meetings.
