Job summary

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This remote position is based in the US Northeast and requires experience in sales and business development, with preference for nursing homes or long-term care facilities.

You will identify prospects, cold call leads, develop client relationships, and drive the end-to-end sales process while coordinating with the team to present solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry.
• Strong communication and time management skills; proactive and able to handle uncertainty.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients.
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Attend trade show conferences as needed.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts.
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback.

Shift: Monday - Friday
