Job summary

aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative. This role is remote and based in New Jersey, requiring prior sales and business development experience. Experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred.

The position offers a base salary plus commission with a Monday–Friday shift. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, cold calling, building relationships, coordinating with the team, and guiding the full sales cycle from outreach to contracts.

• Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Responsibilities
