Equip Health is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team. As a BDR, you will build relationships with providers with the goal of acquiring patient referrals to Equip, enjoying autonomy and influence in a mission-driven, fast-growth environment.

You will partner with regional Clinical Partnerships Representatives, conduct discovery calls, source new leads, and maintain CRM records.

Qualificações

• Entry-level; 1+ years sales/success experience preferred.
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication with a consultative style.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• High coachability and resilience in high-volume outreach.
• Data-driven and process-oriented outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness for limited travel for training and conferences.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule a high volume of qualified meetings to drive referral growth.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective referring providers.
• Identify and source new leads from target provider organizations via email, phone, and multi-channel sales approaches.
• Hand off qualified leads to assigned representatives to drive pipeline.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
