Job summary

Equip is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations across a territory. This remote role balances virtual engagement with in-person meetings and events, reporting to the partnerships team.

You will develop provider relationships, manage CRM data, collaborate with clinical and payor teams, and help streamline the referral and admissions process while aligning with Equip’s mission to

Qualifications

• Must reside in Central area or Western Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and professional presence.
• Effective communication and influence at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting goals.
• Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and education.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals with departments across the organization.
• Manage data and outreach in a CRM to track territory performance and identify improvements.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators and admissions to optimize referrals.
