AssetWatch seeks a Business Development Representative to cultivate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and drive demonstrations for Solution Architects. The role emphasizes outbound calling, multi-channel outreach, and a data-driven approach to grow the enterprise pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of over-achieving in deliverables.
• Strong phone presence and ability to perform high-volume outbound calls per day and account-focused.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and tools listed (Gong, Orum, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outlook, Zoom, Slack).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player and collaborator.
• High level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Fluency in both French and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified online sales demonstrations for Solution Architects.
• Understand prospect needs and pain points and communicate AssetWatch value.
• Schedule demonstrations to meet monthly quotas.
• Research accounts and generate interest via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and expand prospect database within assigned territory.
• Partner with Solution Architects to build enterprise pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain data hygiene and follow defined sales processes.
