Inktavo + OrderMyGear is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first impression for leads and prospects, helping shape our sales process and engage with product and business leaders across the organization.

As a BDR, you will hunt and qualify new prospects in the team sporting goods, decorated apparel, and promotional product sectors, with opportunities for growth into higher‑level sales roles. Remote work is available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; or 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years in sales or business development with a strong track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Educate and qualify prospects, developing sales-ready leads and opportunities.
• Research organizations’ and prospects’ roles to create a penetration strategy.
• Handle detailed questions about Inktavo + OrderMyGear’s product and service capabilities.
• Connect with prospects by phone and email, using Outreach and Salesforce.
• Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential Inktavo + OrderMyGear users, including executives and sales teams.
• Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
