Alan is hiring for Business Development Representatives to help expand our Sales team and become the leading insurer in Europe. You’ll work with Account Executives to generate meetings, qualify leads, and drive new business with top high-growth companies.

Expect to learn the ins and outs of our Smart & Soft selling approach, educate prospects, and contribute to closing strategic opportunities while providing an engaging customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company targets with personalised outreach.
• Develop outbound sales leads; run email campaigns; track communications in CRM.
• Qualify leads quickly and pass them to Account Executives for closure.
• Represent Alan’s products and articulate value to prospective customers.
• Adopt and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to enhance the prospect experience.
