Job summary

Alan in Brussels is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to target and close strategic enterprise prospects (200–10,000 employees). You will educate prospects, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and onboard HR/Finance stakeholders as you move from prospect to customer.

You will apply the Smart & Soft selling method, manage high-touch relationships, and help grow Alan's presence across Belgium and beyond. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record selling to large/enterprise companies.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong English communication.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospects, deliver product demonstrations, and onboard stakeholders.
• Drive deals from prospect to customer, managing key relationships.
