Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and other remote channels. You will engage with prospective customers to understand property requirements and explain NoBroker products.

You will identify opportunities, convert leads, follow up via phone/WhatsApp/email, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams while maintaining CRM data.

• Proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage business leads via calls, emails, online platforms and other remote channels.
• Contact prospective customers to understand property requirements.
• Explain NoBroker products, services, plans and benefits.
• Identify opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Build and maintain customer relationships remotely.
• Handle queries, objections and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service and internal teams.
• Maintain lead and customer data in the CRM.
• Track sales activities and conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
• Follow company processes and work remotely.
