The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for a remote, independent contractor role as Business Development Managers. You will engage prospective clients, conduct needs analysis, present life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This opportunity offers performance-based compensation with no base salary, with potential earnings of $150,000–$200,000 based on production. Access to qualified leads and training supports growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development with a track record of client acquisition.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license if not currently held.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
