The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote opportunity in the United States. You will identify client needs, present life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 100% performance-based compensation with no base salary. Potential earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on production, with incentives and leadership opportunities based on

Formación

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
