Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• 5–7 years of elastomer or plastics experience.
• Ability to travel >50%, including international.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic automotive markets, target customers, and material requirements.
• Collaborate with product development engineers to create material solutions and support customer molding trials.
• Prepare formal data packages and coordinate with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and converters to achieve product approvals.
