Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a Full-time Business Development Executive to drive growth remotely in the United States. You will identify and convert leads, establish partnerships, onboard clients and affiliates, and collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to optimize revenue streams.

The ideal candidate has FX/CFD trading experience, is a native Thai speaker with fluent English, holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred), and demonstrates strong negotiation, communication, and independent

Qualifications

• FX/CFD and online trading experience essential.
• Thai native; fluent English required.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master preferred in business/economics/marketing.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop the assigned country/region and convert leads into clients.
• Acquire and establish business relationships with partners and clients.
• Assist onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs and money managers.
• Create sales/marketing content with marketing/back-office teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and retain/reactivate clients.
• Negotiate terms based on rebate structures and KPIs.
• Monitor affiliates/partners and optimize activity to meet KPIs.
• Conduct market/competitor analysis and feedback on customer journey.
• Adhere to regulatory framework and company ethics.
• Travel to conferences and meetings as required.
