Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment, a young financial/FX company, seeks a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join remotely from Southeast Asia. You will support clients worldwide, handle onboarding, and promote products while driving conversions and retention.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Thai and English with FX broker experience, strong communication, and a sales mindset. This fully remote role offers flexibility and a collaborative environment within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Thai with excellent written and spoken English (B2).
• Experience in FX brokers in sales and/or customer support.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional live support to clients worldwide.
• Respond to emails and support account opening, amendments and maintenance.
• Handle back-office and client queries in a timely manner.
• Promote products and services to prospects and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive conversions and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and onboard clients.
• Support clients with trading platform technical issues.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and communications standards.
• Contribute to team goals and sales/service targets.
