Job summary

FP Markets is recruiting a full-time Business Development Manager to expand our presence remotely in the Philippines. Your role includes converting leads, forming new partnerships, onboarding clients and affiliates, and working with marketing to promote our CFDs offering.

You will monitor partner performance, negotiate terms, and travel to conferences as required. Fluency in English and Tagalog, plus FX/CFD trading experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX/CFD trading is highly preferred.
• Fluent English and Tagalog required for regional work.
• Strong negotiation and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the country/region assigned and convert leads into clients.
• Acquire and establish relationships with partners and affiliates.
• Onboard trading clients, affiliates, IBs and other partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales content and promote products.
• Monitor partner activity and ensure KPIs are met; travel to conferences as needed.
