Job summary

Tickmill is launching a selective recruitment process for Russian-speaking Business Development Managers to join an international FX/CFD brokerage. The role is fully remote and offers a fixed salary plus KPI bonuses and a performance-based commission structure.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in FX/CFD/Online trading or related sectors, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FX/CFD/Online Trading/Crypto/iGaming/Banking.
• Russian and English proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to work remotely and manage partnerships independently.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new potential partners.
• Acquire new IB partners and reactivate inactive partners.
• Build and manage a partner network.
• Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
• Collaborate with international teams across regions.
