Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in U.S. Federal Government business development, capture management, and proposal management.
• Track record of capture and proposal management for federal efforts, including compressed timelines.
• Strong analytical skills related to BD and capture management.
• Sufficient technical fluency to operate in Innovation and Experimentation, range, and RDT&E environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication to support senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead an FNR BD portfolio to execute growth strategies and milestones.
• Shape opportunities around incubation of technologies, venues, processes, products, and solutions.
• Manage full life-cycle BD and capture activities including identification, analysis, strategy, team building, and proposal support.
• Develop a competitive, sustainable new-business pipeline aligned with DoW and IC mission requirements.
