Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst for a fully remote role supporting the federal BD organization. You will conduct market research, keep Salesforce data current, analyze pipeline metrics, and assist capture and proposal teams across VA, DHA, HHS, and other agencies.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Capture Managers, and leadership while gaining exposure to the full federal BD lifecycle. The position requires residence within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, 0–2 years of BD/market research experience.
• Strong analytical skills to research and interpret market data.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using procurement sites, market intel platforms, and industry resources.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and agency announcements.
• Research competitors, incumbents, teaming partners, and market trends for intelligence and capture planning.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and BD metrics for leadership.
• Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, and gate reviews.
