Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration.
• Strong financial analysis and executive communication skills.
• Ability to present to senior executives and board members.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive planning and decision support for acquisitions and strategy.
• Develop and deliver strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations.
• Oversee integration planning, milestones, risks, and post-merger execution.
• Coordinate due diligence, deal execution, and transition planning.
• Monitor enterprise strategy, market trends, and competitive positioning.
