KNF Neuberger, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the OEMs market. This remote role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and presenting innovative pump solutions to close high‑value deals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in account management or business development within manufacturing, with strong technical knowledge of electro‑mechanical devices and related systems. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required; BSME preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or business development in manufacturing selling value‑engineered products.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical devices, fluidics, vacuum/pressure equipment, or small motors is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and ability to close complex, high‑value sales are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for penetrating new customers and applications in OEMs.
• Collaborate with Account Management to upsell and cross‑sell within existing accounts.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing, including initial price negotiations.
• Provide timely pipeline updates and communicate with product centers on key projects.
• Travel to meet customers; 50% travel expectation.
