Job summary

Arclin seeks a Global Rotating Machine and EV Applications Development Manager to drive innovation-led growth for Nomex® insulation systems in rotating machines, motors, generators, and EV drivetrains. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least five years of team leadership or management experience.
• Five or more years hands‑on in rotating machine or EV drivetrain design, manufacture, or testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global technical strategy and application development for Nomex® insulation systems.
• Direct customer-facing support for rotating machines, motors, generators, and EV drivetrains.
• Coach and develop a global technical team and align programs with business goals.
