Job summary

LYP Technologies is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to independently generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert prospects into paying customers. The role emphasizes outbound sales, Instagram lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing to build a robust pipeline.

You will pitch Shopify website development, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and D2C growth services, while researching prospects and maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads independently through multiple channels.
• Identify potential D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, retailers, manufacturers, and owners.
• Research prospects and build targeted lead databases with contact information.
• Generate leads via Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, directories, referrals, etc.
• Develop strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Identify clients on Instagram through profiles and hashtags; reach out via DMs.
• Conduct daily cold calls and targeted email campaigns; schedule meetings.
• Pitch Shopify websites, Meta/Google Ads, and D2C growth services; handle objections.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups; coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Track performance, reports, and refine outreach strategies for higher conversions.
