Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant (Internal Wholesaler) to join a high-energy sales team. The role focuses on proactively engaging financial advisors and staff, promoting guaranteed wealth solutions, and driving business growth through consultative selling.

You will build strong advisor relationships, execute sales campaigns, and utilize Salesforce to track activity and share leads with peers.

Qualifications

• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling.
• College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to financial advisors with a minimum of 60 calls per day.
• Gather intelligence on advisors’ practices to tailor solutions.
• Promote segregated funds, annuities and GICs to grow and protect client savings.
• Guide campaigns and identify top prospects with actionable plans.
• Use Salesforce to manage advisor profiles and share leads with peers.
