Job summary

PharMerica, a part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Business Development Associate to accelerate growth through outbound prospecting and solutions selling. This remote position requires 20% travel and residency within the Central Region/Nashville, TN.

You will qualify and convert leads, maintain client databases, and partner with the sales team to close opportunities, leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools for performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• One to three years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems; comfortable with high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting to develop new business.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.
• Research leads from directories, web searches, and digital resources.
• Qualify leads from campaigns and events; maintain prospective client databases.
• Present information to clients and coordinate with sales team to advance opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and maintain CRM records; ensure timely follow-up.
