Job summary

PharMerica, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Business Development Associate. This remote role requires living in West Coast/Phoenix, AZ with up to 20% travel to meet clients and close opportunities.

You will cold call potential clients, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to advance the sales process. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in sales or related field are preferred, with strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Research potential leads from directories and web sources.
• Maintain and update contact databases (Salesforce, Dynamics, Excel).
• Support sales team by transferring qualified leads and advancing process.
• Track weekly, monthly, quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with team to close appointments and follow-ups.
