Paradox is seeking a Top Gun Business Developer to generate new opportunities by identifying students for our trainings. You will attract, find and convince potential students, organize targeted campaigns, and conduct outbound calls to close 1–3 sales daily.

• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B lead generation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Attract, find and convince new students to join trainings.
• Organize LinkedIn campaigns or email campaigns via Odoo to set up meetings.
• Make outbound calls on qualified leads and reactivate dormant leads.
• Use CRM and AI tools to improve productivity and scalability of sales.
• Overcome objections with diligence and escalate recurring objections.
• Participate in Paradox events and actively engage with participants.
