Job summary

The PMO Squad is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead discovery, formalize, and deliver requirements for a cloud-content governance platform replacement. You will translate stakeholder input into baselined requirements and guide an evaluation leading to a delivery plan.

You will work with Legal, Risk, and IT leadership, run requirements workshops, document rules, taxonomy, and access models, and produce materials for RFI/RFPs and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis on enterprise technology programs.
• Translating policy needs into system requirements with governance focus.
• Synthesize stakeholder input into baselined, traceable requirements.
• Knowledge of taxonomy/metadata design, retention, and records management.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor evaluations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and workshop facilitation.
• Proficient with requirements management tools and Excel-based scoring models.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and validation sessions across stakeholder groups, capturing decisions and open questions.
• Consolidate findings into a single, traceable requirements package covering governance, retention, and migrations.
• Document business rules, policies, and governance requirements.
• Document current-state content taxonomy and usage patterns; define archive use cases and access models.
• Build the evaluation framework and scoring model for a platform assessment.
• Prepare RFI/RFP materials and coordinate vendor demos and scoring.
• Produce selection recommendations and executive-level analysis.
