Job summary

The PMO Squad is guiding a national client through a multi-year initiative to replace legacy shared drives with a governed cloud content platform. You will own discovery, formalize requirements, and lead a vendor-neutral evaluation to produce a delivery plan and migration strategy.

You will work with Legal, Risk, and IT stakeholders to ensure governance, retention, and access controls are embedded in the platform selection and transition plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis on enterprise technology programs.
• Experience leading a platform selection or end-to-end RFP process.
• Translate stakeholder input into baselined requirements and governance criteria.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance, retention, and records management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; ability to facilitate workshops for senior leadership.
• Experience with requirements management tools and Excel-based scoring models.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops across stakeholder groups.
• Consolidate findings into a single traceable requirements package.
• Surface and document governance requirements and business rules.
• Document current-state content taxonomy and define archive use cases.
• Build the evaluation framework and scoring model for platform assessment.
• Prepare RFI/RFP materials and coordinate vendor demos.
• Produce selection recommendations and supporting analysis for leadership.
• Translate retention, legal hold, and governance needs into approved requirements.
• Validate role-based access and metadata structure ahead of migration.
• Convert platform and requirements into a delivery plan and migration sequence.
• Create user-facing enablement material and contribute to status reporting.
