Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the delivery and enhancement of an enterprise GRC platform. The hybrid role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, translating needs into functional requirements while steering Agile delivery from development through testing and release.

You will gather and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, write clear Jira stories, coordinate UAT, and help with release readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA/Scrum role.
• Strong experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, backlog management, and Agile workflows.
• Experience coordinating UAT planning and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as financial services, risk, compliance, audit, or security.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the delivery and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

This hybrid role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors—translating business needs into clear functional requirements while driving effective Agile execution from development through testing and release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process workflows
• Develop detailed JIRA stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Define data requirements, validations, user permissions, decision points, and exception scenarios
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage backlog readiness and support sprint sequencing and capacity planning
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Serve as the functional point of contact for developers and vendors
• Triage functional questions, defects, and enhancement requests
• Coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, scripts, expected results, and business feedback
• Support release readiness, functional sign-off, training, and change communications
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Tech Leads, and SAI360 vendor teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA/Scrum role
• Strong experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery within enterprise technology environments

• Experience coordinating delivery with third-party vendors
• Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, reporting tools, or data extracts
