Job summary

The PMO Squad is seeking a senior business analyst to own discovery, requirements, and governance for a multi-year cloud content platform migration. You will translate input from diverse stakeholders into a baselined requirements package, lead platform evaluation, and convert the chosen solution into a detailed delivery and migration plan with a strong emphasis on permissions, retention, and compliance.

Remote-based role with travel to client office locations; candidates should reside near one

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis on enterprise technology programs including platform selection or end-to-end RFPs
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder input into baselined, traceable requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance (permissions, retention)
• Familiarity with enterprise content management concepts (taxonomy/metadata, archive, search)
• Experience translating policy needs into system requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to facilitate workshops and present to senior leadership
• Proficiency with analysis tools including Excel-based scoring models and traceability matrices

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, governance criteria, and baselined requirements package
• Plan platform evaluation and convert selected solution into delivery plan and migration sequencing
• Prepare RFI/RFP materials and coordinate vendor demos
• Document retention, legal hold, and governance needs with Legal and Risk
• Validate role-based access, permissions, and folder/metadata structures ahead of migration
• Produce user-facing enablement material and contribute to program status reporting
