Job summary

THE PMO SQUAD is leading a multi-year initiative to replace legacy shared drives with a governed cloud content platform, including retention, legal hold, and defensible archiving. You’ll own discovery, requirements formalization, and delivery planning while coordinating with Legal, Risk, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires transforming stakeholder input into baselined requirements, leading vendor-neutral evaluations, and shaping RFI/RFP materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis on enterprise technology programs with platform selection or end-to-end RFP experience.
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder interviews into a baselined, traceable requirements package.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance, permissions, retention, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and validation sessions across stakeholders.
• Consolidate findings into a traceable requirements package covering governance and migration.
• Document business rules, policies, and governance needs; translate into requirements.
