Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team and focus on gathering requirements, improving processes, and analyzing data to inform decision‑making across government programs. The role includes documenting business cases and workflows, supporting testing, and collaborating with IT and stakeholders.

Strong English and Spanish communication, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident per federal contract requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis and business process improvement techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common data/reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to visit clients and meetings in Guaynabo, PR.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to reflect requirements in solutions.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and timelines.
• Coordinate with government partners to align activities with requirements and priorities.
• Create documentation including business cases, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
