Job summary

Dentsu USA is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You’ll translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with Agile teams to deliver digital experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and guide projects from discovery through testing while communicating clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Consulting, or related experience.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• The ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting QA and User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily collaboration
