Merkle, part of dentsu, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge clients, analytics teams, and developers in Customer Journey Analytics initiatives. You will translate business needs into measurable analytics strategies and collaborate across Adobe solutions to drive impact.

Join a team delivering enterprise-scale analytics, leading discovery, defining KPIs, and ensuring successful adoption across distributed client orgs. This role supports growth in Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Coordination, or related experience.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical bridge between clients, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and analytics teams.
• Help organizations transform data into strategy by leading discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
• Support Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
• Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are delivered effectively.
• Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support testing, validation, user adoption, and change management activities.
• Help clients maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud investments.
• Collaborate on initiatives involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
