The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with complex data requirements, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex data requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Support enhancement initiatives, implementation efforts, and operational needs.
• Lead and support migration activities from Adobe Campaign v7 to v8 within Adobe Experience Platform.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and integration support activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Create and execute test cases, including manual testing and UAT activities.
• Manage backlog items and support Agile delivery processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience writing detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and UAT processes.
• Deep experience with Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Federated Audience Composition.
• Strong background in ETL processes and data modeling.
• Experience with tools such as Informatica or SnapLogic.
