Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud engagements, translating business objectives into scalable architectures across AEM, AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, and CJA.

You will partner with clients and delivery teams to shape data, AI, and personalization strategies, ensuring governance and compliance while mentoring engineers to deliver customer journeys that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for large-scale deployments.
• Proven ability to advise executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
• Hands-on expertise with AEM, AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, and CJA.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric or similar).
• Knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, consent management, and governance frameworks.
• Client-facing consulting experience with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture reviews with clients and stakeholders.
• Design data, AI, and personalization strategies including governance and compliance.
• Mentor delivery teams to ensure architectural quality and consistency across projects.
