Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an experienced Business Consultant in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to drive strategic digital marketing initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead customer engagements, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, and mentor teams across client projects.

The role demands strong communication, cross-solution storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while traveling up to 30% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic, customer-facing experience with hands-on enterprise software implementation.
• At least 2 years directly using two or more applications (CJA, AEP, Analytics, Edge Data Collection, WebSDK/MobileSDK).
• Strong familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Audience Manager, Target) is a plus.
• Able to translate use cases into business requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and deliver CJA, AEP, Analytics, Edge Data Collection, WebSDK/MobileSDK for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions for client use cases.
• Translate client goals into business requirements and specifications.
• Build relationships with client digital marketing teams and maintain regular communications.
• Lead multiple engagements and manage scope and schedule.
• Deliver presentations and enablement materials and mentor internal/client teams.
