Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking a Lead CMS Business Analyst to drive enterprise CMS projects, focusing on Sitecore-based web experiences. You will partner with clients, strategists, designers, and engineers to translate business goals into actionable requirements and deliverables.

Role requires experience in client-facing analysis, CMS platforms, and strong collaboration across teams. You’ll work in a remote-friendly US setup with agile delivery and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing business analysis, product or consulting roles.
Experience supporting enterprise websites and CMS platforms such as Sitecore.
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Experience translating business needs into solutions that technical teams can deliver.
Knowledge of content modeling, data modeling, or information architecture concepts.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and time zones.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Serve as SME on CMS implementations, including Sitecore.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and developers.
Create process flows, user stories, and delivery artifacts.
Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Facilitate roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
Support change management and project planning activities.
Develop training materials and client training sessions.
Mentor other business analysts and team members.
Build strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
