Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to bridge business and IT, lead the BA team, and deliver value through effective requirements gathering and process improvements. You will own project intake and incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required: a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 15+ years in the software lifecycle with BA leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or MIS.
• 15+ years in the software development lifecycle with IT-driven BA experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing BAs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and incidents with shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on site in Boston, MA four days per week; proficient in Microsoft Office.
