IT Associates is seeking an IT Business Analyst to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams to discover, document, and lead projects through lifecycle stages. The role defines current-state processes, data flows, and system interactions to enable future enhancements.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of BA experience, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with AI, data mapping, and migration projects.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- BA / BS in IT, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business or related field.
- AI experience and data mapping/migration experience preferred.
- Experience as an Analyst for large complex projects.
- Experience in the Ancillary or Insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with business and tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze and document clear, comprehensive business requirements.
- Define and document current state of applications and their integrations.
- Translate technical specs into robust business documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to validate requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system processes and requirements.
- Support impact analysis for application changes across systems.
