Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor to join the Process Improvement Organization. Based in multiple locations with possible remote options, you will lead requirements, analyze data, and drive end-to-end process improvements across lines of business.

Responsibilities include defining problems, prioritizing opportunities, and mentoring teams while collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners to deliver sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience; certifications often desired.
• Experience with process improvement, business analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Participates in development and review of complex processes, workflow analytics and reporting.
• Mentors and coaches associates in business analysis practices and policy upkeep.
• Translates business needs by partnering with stakeholders to articulate requirements.
• Leads multiple business analysis project management processes end-to-end.
